Hi I would like to use the ultrawincombo to show 2 columns 'Name' and 'Title'  and would like to select 2 items from drop down rows.

Is there any multiselect property for this control to select 2 or more items ?

There is no built-in support for multiple selection, but there is a KB article that shows how to create one:
