Throughout my page I have Web Date Chooser controls, and before I upgraded a while back (Jan?), they all worked. I have gotten to the point where I need to correct this issue. Any ideas on why this is occurring? My Licenses.licx seems to be in order, but I am not sure, what can I do to trouble shoot this issue?

I'd bet that it's one of two issues.  Either there is another element positioned over top of the WebDateChooser and it's never getting your mouse clicks (a hidden panel?), or there's a javascript that is preventing the DateChooser to function.  If you have Javascript debugging turned off in your browser, turn it back on.  Also check the bottom left side of the screen in the browser taskbar for a yellow triangle which indicates a javascript error has occured.

 Thank you for your help, I have installed Firebug and I am getting only one error under the  igtab_event(e) function. The error says ee.style is undefined, any idea on how I can correct this? I believe that is a Infragistics function for the Web Tab Control.

Jeff,

This sounds like a bug of some sort.  It also sounds like you've got a slightly more entailed web page, with WebTabs, DateChoosers and other 3rd party controls which could all be coming into play.  It's usually best to try and simplify the repro case by systematically removing pieces.  That will at least help you identify the control(s) at fault.  We don't test our controls for compatibilty with other third party libraries, so I can't say for sure whether that may be the problem or not.  The easiest way to tell is to remove it from the equation and see what happens.  In the end, it sounds like you'll want to work directly with one of our support reps so that they can get a case written up in the system, and work with you to create a repro.  You can contact our support department directly through one of the options found on http://www.infragistics.com/gethelp
