I recently upgraded Infragistics Winforms from 8.1 to 8.3 (CLR2.0) and now when I set the data source of an ultra grid to a dataset I get a null reference exception (see bottom of post for the call stack). If I set the calc frequency to Asynchronous from Synchronous then I no longer get the null reference...

I have the same problem as HRAHI. I attached a solution reproducing the problem. If you replace the DerivedGrid by a standard UltraGrid, the problem does not occur. The worst thing is that the grid does not even use the UltraCalcManager and the exception occurs at startup so if we use the UltraCalcManager...

Hi, I want to display the Formula builder dialog with all the columns from the grid as operands. I saw a sample of this in Appstylist application of Infragistics under the Grid tab, on click of Edit formula. How can i achieve similar functionality? Help is highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi. Is there a way to make WinCalcManager perform calculations with aggregation by band (UltraWinGrid is envolved). For instance. I'd like column Band[0].[Sum] ([Sum] is a column in Band[0]) equals Sum(Band[1].[Item]), where [Item] is a column in Band[1]. Thanks in advance.
