I have downloaded the WPF 2008 v1 and wonder why somethings were not addressed: 1. More than one group by, this is still a bug. 2. Why not add column filtering? This is one of the very basic features in a Windows Grid. (Telerik has it in there controls.)

How do I programmatically set the grouping for fields. I want to be able to not expose the groupby area on the grid but have buttons outside of the grid that perform specific grouping.

I tried the solution you proposed and it works for the regular fields, but when I use it for a ICollection field in order to make a sub-level group appear, it does'nt seem to work. In this example, the AssetMixClassRaw.Positions is a Collection. When I tried it, I had a column named Positions instead...

Hello, My DataGrid is initially grouped by two columns. Is it possible to have all items expanded by default. Right now they are all collapsed when the grid is loaded. Thanks, Jens

Hi! When using the grouping feature of XamDataGrid, is it somehow possible to only have a single header on top of all groups instead of having a header inside every group? Regards, Andreas
